I recently stayed at Venetian Apartments for a few nights and absolutely loved it! The location couldn't be better - just 100 meters away from the bustling San Marco, with windows facing a charming narrow street filled with a constant flow of people. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, blending the atmosphere of the old town with modern freshness. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pre-arrival communication from the host was excellent. it was a perfect base to explore the top attractions of Venice, and I highly recommend it.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's square and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff, especially Marco, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for couples. The apartments offer basic but neat facilities, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The communication with the host could be improved, as some guests experienced delays during check-in and issues with the television set.

The property is conveniently located close to Teatro Fenice, and I really liked that the check-in process was self-service. The location of the apartment was great, allowing us to easily walk to Teatro Fenice.
